My African wife made me foo-foo today and boy was it good!

Baked haddock in stewed tomatoes, garlic and other assortments:

sliced carrots, apple slices, capers, tomatoes, garlic, spices (tumeric, salt, pepper) broiled at 450º for 50 minutes (my own creation):

Goat liver, goat loins, vegetable ensemble dashed with spices and mount bier:
